I can say of the landlords I've dealt with over my 45-year career to date and there have been many; you, Michael, and your team have been the absolute best! From the initial planning and build out of the space through the normal maintenance and upkeep of the building and premises, your team has ALWAYS put the tenant first. We appreciate all that you have done for OIA during the last 6 years, and we would recommend your facility to anyone looking for an opportunity to lease in the downtown area. I want to share my impression of the building management company, Tiano & Associates. I have been in this building going on 5 years and have been in other buildings where the building manager has occupied the building. I have never met any company that is more concerned with and wanting to please the tenants more then all of the employees with Tiano & Associates. Tiano & Associates has done a remarkable job in updating and maintaining the property. They truly have their tenants in mind when making any changes. Having an on-site Landlord is terrific – the staff are responsive and very attentive to all requests, from big to small. We are at the heart of a vibrant downtown revitalization. We moved here in August, 2012 and have been extremely pleased. The building owner, Mr. Tiano, and the members of his staff have provided outstanding service.
